Terms of Contract

• At Camp Farnam, we can accommodate between 10 and 200 persons.
• NO GLASS is allowed at the camp due to recycling regulations.
• Renters must provide their owns garbage bags.
• Renters are liable for any damages caused by their party.
• Farnam Neighborhood House reserves the right to refuse any application if the purpose of the renting group does not conform to the intended purpose or objectives of the agency.

Terms of Contract

• Camp hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm.  The rental fees per day are $500 for neighborhood groups or families, $750 for non-profit groups and $1000 for profit-based groups.
• The capacity of Camp Farnam is 200 persons.
• To secure your date, you should sign a contract and return it with a deposit of $100 which is non-refundable.
• Farnam provides one lifeguard and one grounds person.  Renters will provide the balance of supervision and at least one lifeguard for every 25 people in the pool per Public Health Code 19-13B27A.
• The renting group must sign this written agreement and present Farnam Neighborhood House, Inc. with a certificate of insurance with amounts of $25,000/$500,000 bodily injury liability, $100,000 property or $300,000 single limit liability.  It should be clearly understood that the interest of the Farnam Neighborhood House, Inc. be added as an additional insured.
