at the earliest convenience so that he can begin to build out your
committee page (please see the Marketing Committee's page for use as a
template):

You should appoint a contact person from your committee who is in
charge of sending the above information to the webmaster on a periodic
basis to ensure that your page is dynamic and kept up-to-date at all
times. Any information sent to the webmaster for posting to your page will
typically be uploaded within a day of receipt.
Note that this is YOUR committee page which is to be used to facilitate
communication between committee members and the Board of Directors. The
information that you send to the webmaster for inclusion will not be
censored or edited in any way.
